dates: 5/30 - 6/30

We’re looking for a creative, professional, and resourceful video producer. We have the gear, just looking for the talent.

re:work is a young nonprofit, and you’ll be the first ever intern. We’ll pay an hourly wage (based on experience), but you should be in it for the mission, as well. You’ll work directly with leadership.

You will be producing our candidate profile videos (example: https://reworktraining.org/kaila-peterson)

So, what would you be doing?

  • Understanding our mission and the industry we serve

  • Developing a script/questions with leadership

  • One day of filming 6-8 different people on similar content

  • Filming B-Roll (over several days, if needed)

  • Editing videos down to ~60 seconds, highlighting the strengths of each candidate

  • Delivering a finished product (6-8 videos with sound mixing and final color)

What do we need from you?

  • To embody our values: perspective, merit, respect, courage, communication, flexibility

  • Curiosity. You question the status quo and offer alternative ideas & methods

  • Professionalism. You are consistent and punctual

  • Flexibility. You handle surprises with dexterity and grace

  • Experience. You’ve filmed and edited before, preferably with experience taking a project from start to finish

Bonus points for:

  • A unique professional and educational background

  • Previous video work on a Canon Rebel T6

  • Proposing ways to make our videos better in your application
