We’re looking for an ambitious, creative, and skilled marketer. Someone who has vision, can turn that vision into a story, and then can deliver that story in a comprehensible way.
We’re a young nonprofit, and you’ll be the first full-time hire. You’ll work directly with the founder, freelancers, volunteers, and the Board of Directors.
You will be responsible for all of our marketing….(and more)
So, what would you be doing?
Our overall brand vision, in coordination with leadership
A prioritized plan for executing on that vision
A budget for executing on that vision
Our marketing strategy
Develop email and social media campaign strategies to attract new candidates during each recruiting cycle
Design digital print (one-pagers) and video case studies using our candidates, partner employers, & partner nonprofits
Tweak the design of our current brand with the help of freelancers
Ensure our website stays relevant, clean, & concise
Solidify re:work as a staple of the Chicago tech scene through local tech publications and press placements
Help attract top talent through online recruiting channels (e.g. Glassdoor)
Plan and organize events that increase civic and corporate awareness of the re:work brand
Freelancers who can help us deliver on that strategy
Know our customers and what they care about

B2C & B2B marketing experience
Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Adwords experience
Adobe Suite experience

Sales and/or bootcamp experience
