Strategy & Operations Lead
Start Timeframe: Fall/Winter 2018
re:work is hiring! We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about, well, operating a business.
We’re a young nonprofit, and you’ll be the second full-time hire. You’ll work directly with the CEO, Founder, and the board.
So, what would you be doing?
Developing a sustainable revenue model and ideas for new ways to make money
Designing analytics & reporting that will drive our business forward
Maintaining and tweaking internal processes to make sure we’re running efficiently
Financial forecasting, budgeting, & modeling
Managing people operations, including employee compensation/benefits
Evaluating internal software tools on efficacy and necessity
What do we need from you?

Execution. You deliver results on time and under budget
3+ years in progressive operations/strategy roles (software and/or nonprofit organizations)
3+ years in business strategy & operations consulting role
Experience with financial modeling/forecasting in Excel
Experience managing direct reports
Experience coordinating projects/tasks across several departments
Knowledge of SaaS/cloud computing industries
Track record of creative problem solving
Bonus points for:
Experience with Salesforce, Slack, Trello, Quickbooks, SQL
A diverse professional and educational background
MBA (if you got real-life work experience there)
