re:WORK TRAINING is a 501(c)3 non-profit job training program that is creating the diverse talent pipeline for tech sales roles.

This number is truly beneficial for many, because it provides an opportunity that could help them improve their life both now and down the road. Candidates navigate through a systematic learning model that consists of 4 critical areas of development for each learning objective over 8 Weeks.

  • Each candidate will receive a resume that has been written by an experienced professional to ensure they get past the electronic filters
  • Candidates get paid bonuses for doing the work of a BDR for re:WORK TRAINING
  • Each candidate is given a Signing Bonus once they accept an offer to help fill the gap between day one and their first paycheck.
  • The candidates have access to a robust Tech stack that includes software like MindTickle, Slack, and more.

We are a non-profit organization working to empower Black and Latinx individuals by providing job training, placement opportunities starting in the Chicago area. Our goal is for 25,000 people from these communities, who we know have been overlooked thus far at higher income levels as well as lower education rates, to collectively make $30 billion in salary over 20 years!

Though our candidate training program and corporate partnershop, we aim to empower 25 000 Black, Latinx, People of Color to cumulatively make $30 billion in income over the next 20 years.

How does it work? With our training programs, you’ll learn how to build relationships with potential clients and close deals faster than ever before. From networking strategies that will open doors at conferences and events around the world, all the way through closing techniques that will seal the deal.

Stressed about your resume? Not good at writing? Leave it to our team. We’ve hired professionals to overhaul resumes. They focus on ATS-friendly formatting, keyword optimization, and writing style.

LinkedIn will help you find a job faster because most hiring managers and recruiters are already using it. We have partnered with the LinkedIn Social Impact Team to make sure that your professional brand builds trust and credibility.

The job market is erroneously biased towards college degrees. Yet, most people don’t know how to identify or align their strengths (knowledge, skills, traits) with success on the job. We use CliftonStrengths to focus on what is right with you, not what is wrong.

Yes. Not everyone needs an 8-week program, but everyone needs support throughout their career. Our community is here to give that support.

We do not take a one-size-fits-all approach to help the community, and for that reason, we make adjustments for everyone.
