Community Standards and Acceptable Use Policy
Effective September 19, 2026
These standards apply to participants, alumni, staff, coaches, Champions, volunteers, employers, partners, and other people using reWORK community spaces or MissionXP. They protect learning, privacy, professional relationships, and accurate program records.
1. Professional and Respectful Conduct
- Treat people with dignity and communicate professionally, including during disagreement.
- Do not harass, threaten, stalk, bully, shame, exploit, or discriminate against another person.
- Respect boundaries. A relationship, introduction, coaching role, or platform connection is not permission for unwanted contact.
- Do not retaliate against a person who raises a concern, declines an introduction, or exercises a privacy right.
2. Privacy and Confidentiality
- Use personal information only for the reason it was shared and only within your assigned role.
- Do not post or request Social Security numbers, financial credentials, government identification, medical records, or other highly sensitive information in community spaces or ordinary MissionXP fields.
- Do not share screenshots, recordings, messages, resumes, coaching notes, employer information, or MissionXP records outside the authorized audience.
- Ask before adding a third party’s private information or forwarding a private communication.
- Follow employer, partner, and program confidentiality requirements.
3. Accurate Records
- Log activities, relationships, competencies, introductions, opportunities, and outcomes honestly.
- Correct material errors when you discover them and distinguish facts from opinions or predictions.
- Do not fabricate outreach, meetings, referrals, job opportunities, placements, or other outcomes.
- Do not use AI-generated text or summaries as if they were verified facts about a person.
4. Safety and Lawful Use
Do not use reWORK systems or community spaces for fraud, unlawful discrimination, threats, sexual exploitation, illegal goods or services, malicious code, unauthorized surveillance, intellectual-property infringement, spam, credential sharing, data harvesting, or activity that creates a material safety or security risk.
5. Professional Opportunities
Represent job openings, compensation, referrals, and professional relationships accurately. Do not charge participants for access to reWORK introductions or sell information obtained through MissionXP. Disclose material conflicts of interest. Do not imply that reWORK endorses an employer, opportunity, product, or service unless reWORK has authorized that statement.
6. Reporting Concerns
Report safety, harassment, privacy, fraud, discrimination, or security concerns to info@reworktraining.org. For an urgent threat, contact appropriate emergency services. Reports should include enough information for reWORK to review the concern, but should not circulate sensitive information more broadly than necessary.
7. Enforcement
reWORK may remove content, limit contact, correct records, require training, restrict features, suspend or terminate access, remove a person from an activity, notify an organization responsible for the user, or refer a matter to appropriate authorities. reWORK will consider the nature, severity, context, history, and risk of the conduct. When appropriate, a person may ask reWORK to review an enforcement decision. reWORK may withhold details needed to protect privacy, safety, or an investigation.
