CHAMPION CONTRIBUTIONS · PROGRESS WITH CONTEXT

See the work your support makes possible.

A thoughtful conversation, useful feedback, or a well-prepared workshop can help someone take their next step. We use MissionXP to connect participation with a clearer view of the work.

START WITH A CONTRIBUTION

Useful support takes more than one form.

01

Mentor / Career Coach

Guide candidates through professional development with 1:1 support, including resume reviews, mock interviews, outreach strategy, and mentorship.

02

Workshop Facilitator

Facilitate live group learning experiences that strengthen the technical and professional skills candidates need in BDR and SDR roles.

03

Community Member

Be part of the professional network candidates can engage with for real-world networking and outreach practice. Start with a useful conversation.

HOW MISSIONXP SUPPORTS THE WORK

Keep participation and progress connected.

MissionXP is the platform re:WORK built to organize learning, career activity, professional relationships, and opportunities.

01

Participation

Review the activities and contributions recorded through the program, such as conversations, feedback, and learning participation.

02

Relationship development

Understand the professional connections a participant is building and the follow-through that helps those relationships grow.

03

Career progress

Review available information about applications, interviews, and documented outcomes with the period, definitions, and record limits made clear.

Available views and reports depend on the information recorded and the user’s authorized access. This page does not promise a personal dashboard with every metric or access to another person’s private records.

AN EXAMPLE · NOT AN ATTRIBUTION CLAIM

Small feedback can inform a meaningful next step.

A candidate practices an introduction with a Community Member. The professional points out where the candidate’s example could be clearer. The candidate revises the introduction, uses it in another conversation, and records what they learned.

That is useful progress we can describe. A later job offer is a separate outcome involving the candidate’s work, employer decisions, and many other factors. We do not claim that one volunteer interaction caused it.

Illustrative scenario, not a reported participant result.
