MissionXP Data and AI Notice and Consent Choices

MissionXP is a product of reWORK TRAINING. It helps reWORK and authorized users support participants, document program activity, strengthen professional relationships, manage opportunities, and measure progress. This notice supplements the full Privacy Policy and MissionXP Participant and User Terms.
What MissionXP Records
- Account and contact information.
- Program eligibility, participation, assignments, competencies, assessments, coaching, and progress.
- Outreach, professional contacts, relationships, meetings, introductions, referrals, opportunities, and placement milestones.
- Messages, notes, files, feedback, support requests, and system activity.
- AI-assisted summaries or suggestions when an enabled feature is used.
Who May See Information
Authorized reWORK staff and coaches may see information needed to run the program and provide support. Champions, employers, schools, funders, and partners receive only the information authorized for their role, agreement, or activity. The account experience should identify the audience for a field or action before a user shares information whenever practical.
How AI May Be Used
AI features may organize information, draft summaries, identify patterns, or suggest next steps. A person should review important outputs. AI output is not a verified fact and should not be the sole basis for a final employment, admission, program-eligibility, or similarly significant decision.
Required Acknowledgments
MissionXP may require users to affirm that they have read and agree to the MissionXP Participant and User Terms and Community Standards, received the Privacy Policy, and understand that authorized reWORK staff and coaches can view information needed to deliver and evaluate the program.
Separate Optional Choices
When applicable, reWORK will request a separate choice before sharing selected information for a Champion introduction, employer referral, or partner purpose; using a participant story, quotation, image, audio, or video; sending optional marketing; or using information in an optional AI feature when consent is the legal basis. Optional choices will not be bundled with access to unrelated core services.
Changing a Choice
You may withdraw an optional consent by using available account controls or contacting info@reworktraining.org. Withdrawal applies going forward and does not make prior lawful processing invalid. Some records may still be retained for legal, security, grant, audit, or program-integrity reasons. reWORK will explain any consequence before the choice is withdrawn.
