MissionXP Participant and User Terms
Effective September 19, 2026
These terms govern access to and use of MissionXP. MissionXP is owned and operated by reWORK TRAINING and supports reWORK workforce programs and the reWORK social capital methodology. These terms supplement the Privacy Policy, Community Standards and Acceptable Use Policy, program agreements, and any written partner agreement.
1. Eligibility and Acceptance
You may use MissionXP only if reWORK or an authorized partner gives you access, you meet applicable program and age requirements, and you agree to these terms. If you use MissionXP for an organization, you represent that you have authority to act within the role assigned to you.
2. Account Security
Provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, use only your own account, and promptly report suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity under your account unless it results from reWORK’s failure to use reasonable security. reWORK may require multifactor authentication, password changes, or other safeguards.
3. Authorized Purpose
Use MissionXP only for authorized reWORK program, coaching, mentoring, Champion, employer, partnership, measurement, and administrative purposes. Your role determines what you may view or change. Access to information does not authorize you to use it for another purpose.
4. Participant Records and User Content
You retain ownership of original content you submit, subject to rights held by others. You give reWORK a nonexclusive license to host, process, reproduce, display, analyze, and share the content as reasonably necessary to operate MissionXP, deliver and evaluate programs, make authorized introductions or referrals, meet reporting obligations, protect the service, and comply with law. Publicity and promotional use require a separate authorization when applicable.
Enter information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and relevant to the authorized purpose. Do not secretly record communications, copy private messages into MissionXP without authority, or upload another person’s confidential or sensitive information without a lawful basis and appropriate permission.
5. Visibility and Confidentiality
MissionXP records may be visible to authorized reWORK staff and coaches. Specific information may also be visible to Champions, employers, schools, funders, or partners when needed for an authorized activity and permitted by reWORK privacy practices, agreements, and consent controls. You must treat nonpublic information as confidential, use it only for the assigned purpose, and not export, screenshot, publish, or redistribute it without authorization.
6. AI-Assisted Features
MissionXP may provide AI-assisted summaries, suggested next steps, classifications, or other outputs. These outputs are informational, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and require human judgment. Do not rely on an AI output as the sole basis for a significant decision about a person. Do not enter highly sensitive information into an AI feature unless reWORK has expressly approved that workflow.
7. Prohibited Use
- Access records outside your assigned role or attempt to identify, test, or exploit a security weakness.
- Scrape, bulk export, sell, rent, enrich, advertise with, or build an unrelated contact database from MissionXP information.
- Use information to harass, discriminate, retaliate, manipulate, deceive, or make an unlawful employment decision.
- Upload malicious code, overload the service, reverse engineer protected components, or bypass technical controls.
- Impersonate someone, falsify activity or outcomes, create misleading records, or claim an introduction or relationship that did not occur.
- Use MissionXP for GTM Systems Advisory or another outside business unless reWORK authorizes the use in a written agreement that addresses data access and conflicts.
8. Intellectual Property and Feedback
reWORK and its licensors own MissionXP, its software, design, documentation, curriculum integration, trademarks, and related intellectual property. reWORK grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to use MissionXP during your authorized access. If you provide feedback, reWORK may use it without restriction or payment, but your personal information remains governed by the Privacy Policy.
9. Third-Party Services
MissionXP may connect with third-party services. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices. You may connect or use them only when authorized and must follow applicable restrictions. reWORK is not responsible for a third party’s independent service, but remains responsible for its own vendor oversight as required by law and contract.
10. Suspension and Termination
reWORK may restrict or suspend access to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, preserve security, or enforce these terms. reWORK may terminate access when your program or role ends. Where appropriate, reWORK will provide notice and a way to ask for review. Access termination does not automatically require deletion of records that reWORK must retain for an authorized purpose or legal obligation.
11. Data Access After Participation
Before access ends, a participant may request a copy of eligible personal information through the privacy-request process. The format, scope, timing, and exclusions depend on law, security, third-party rights, and reWORK retention obligations.
12. No Employment Guarantee
MissionXP supports learning, coaching, relationship development, activity tracking, and opportunity management. It does not guarantee an introduction, interview, offer, job, compensation level, promotion, or continued employment. Employers and other parties make independent decisions.
13. Disclaimers and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MissionXP is provided as available without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or noninfringement. reWORK does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation or the accuracy of user-entered or AI-assisted information. To the extent permitted by law, reWORK will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from MissionXP.
14. Changes and Contact
reWORK may update these terms and will give notice of material changes when required. Questions and reports may be sent to info@reworktraining.org or reWORK TRAINING, 1 S. Dearborn St., 20th Floor, Chicago, IL 60603.
