2023 Impact Report
Historical report, updated September 2026. This page preserves re:WORK TRAINING’s 2023 report for readers reviewing the organization’s development over time. The figures and program descriptions in the report refer to 2023; they are not current-year results.
re:WORK began by serving communities on Chicago’s South and West Sides and working with people whose talent had not been matched by access to professional opportunity. The 2023 report documents an earlier stage of that work.
How to interpret this report
Use its dates, definitions, and population to understand each figure. Do not combine it with newer data without checking whether the same measures and denominators were used. Participant stories and documented outcomes are valuable, but they answer different questions.
Where to find the current model
re:WORK now describes its work as connecting career skills, trusted professional relationships, and MissionXP, a tool it created to support career campaigns. The free self-paced Academy is available in MissionXP, alongside quarterly eight-week cohorts. Separately, the U.S. Department of Labor registered re:WORK’s Technical Sales Representative apprenticeship standards in May 2026 (Registration No. 2026-IL-141496). The full registered apprenticeship has not yet launched and has not produced apprentice outcomes. Read the current program status and evidence.
