PEOPLE ARE THE STARTING POINT
Your people. Your priorities. A place to contribute.
Bring together employee engagement, career access, and community investment. re:WORK teaches jobseekers to run their search as a business of one; your team contributes experience, perspective, and support.
01
TIME
Engage your employees.
Give your team a practical way to contribute through informational conversations, mock interviews, résumé reviews, or guest sessions. Employees practice coaching and feedback while jobseekers learn from their experience.
Get to know how people research, communicate, and follow through. Hiring engagement connects those relationships to suitable open roles and useful interview feedback.
Help sustain free training, coaching, community support, and the tools jobseekers use. Discuss a corporate partnership or contribute through our general giving route.
Volunteering as an individual is always free. You can support a jobseeker without a company partnership. Become a Champion or volunteer

A VOLUNTEER'S PERSPECTIVE
What volunteering gives back.
One session can be a starting point.
Luke Johnson joined his first re:WORK session as a new sales development manager. He shares how supporting jobseekers helped him strengthen his own coaching and training.
Luke Johnson on volunteering with re:WORK. 1 minute 36 seconds · English captions available.Read the video transcript
So I'm Luke Johnson. I'm a sales development manager with Databricks.
How did I hear about re:WORK TRAINING? Four years ago, I was working at DocuSign. I became a new leader there, a new sales development manager. I had heard about re:WORK through a couple of colleagues and I asked more questions. What is it? What do they do? What do you do with them? I learned more about the organization and they said, Hey, why don't you join one of the upcoming sessions? It may have been like interviews or something like that. So I raised my hand. I was a new manager. It's like, sure, I don't have much experience, but I will be doing this a lot. So I raised my hand. I joined the session.
The first experience I had was so illuminating. When I finished that session, I was so energized. It lit me up. I become a better leader through the re:WORK TRAINING and volunteering where a lot of it is sometimes skill development or training.
And I've learned like as a leader, you often need to tailor your training to each individual and you need to figure out how to make it stick. My training has gotten so much better. My ability to level people up has gotten so much better. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter how much I know, it's how much I can get folks on my team to do.
I didn't know much about the organization. I heard about it. I heard it was a mock interview and I just raised my hand because I thought it was from what I heard, a cool organization. And I think I would become a better leader as a result.
RE:WORK PROGRAMS. MISSIONXP REPORTING.
See the work. Follow the relationships.
A social capital report for your company.
re:WORK runs the program and supports the community. Champions contribute professional experience, feedback, and encouragement. MissionXP is our platform for recording learning, outreach, relationships, and opportunities—and the source we use to produce company reports.
Reports show where employee participation appears in a jobseeker’s journey. A later offer is a documented outcome, not proof that one conversation or company caused it.
Who engaged, what they contributed, and the activities and time recorded.
Jobseeker progress
Relationship history and documented interviews or offers among the people supported—including opportunities at other employers.
Your company’s hiring
Interviews, offers, and hires at your company, reported separately from outcomes elsewhere.
An overview of the report structure, not a live dashboard. Reporting reflects available records, a dated snapshot, and your agreed scope.
AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT THE RECORD CAN SHOW
A professional conversationA jobseeker records a conversation with an employee about a role, company, or career path.
Support over timeFollow-up, feedback, and further support build a relationship history.
Later career progressIf an interview or offer is recorded, the report can show the earlier relationship alongside it.
Illustrative sequence, not a promise of progression. Candidate names require consent. Missing data and the limits of attribution stay visible.
FUND THE WORK
Start with your goals. Build the right commitment.
Formal corporate partnerships combine employee involvement with annual support. If your priority is giving, you can also contribute directly to the program.
PEOPLE + FINANCIAL SUPPORT
Build a corporate partnership.
Align employee participation, program support, and reporting around your goals. Annual partnerships start at $1,000; company contributions, employee giving, and employer matching can count.
Your company's financial support helps sustain free career training and the program behind your employees' involvement. Individual volunteering remains free.
These levels outline different commitments. Before a partnership begins, we confirm the activities, funding scope, recognition, and reporting in the agreement.

Hiring Partner is an optional designation available at any level once employees are actively volunteering. Only companies that choose this designation commit to sharing open roles, offering a phone screen, and providing interview feedback that supports coaching.
No partner is required to make a hire. Employment decisions remain with the employer, and participation does not guarantee a job or an offer.

PHILANTHROPY & GROWTH
Help fund our next stage.
Interested in a grant, a larger gift, or funding beyond a corporate sponsorship? Explore the priorities for expanding free training, strengthening MissionXP, and building participant support.
Bring your goals and questions. We’ll work through the right level and activities together.
Does our company have to hire participants?
No. Your company can partner through employee volunteering and financial support without posting jobs, interviewing participants, or making hires. Additional recruiting commitments apply only if you choose the optional Hiring Partner designation.
How much time should our employees commit?
Start with a focused activity: a professional conversation, a résumé review, or a mock interview. We agree on the format, timing, number of employees, and follow-up before scheduling a company activity. Ongoing support can grow from those first conversations.
Can we give without organizing employee volunteering?
Yes. You can make a donation through our general giving route. Formal corporate partnership levels combine funding with active employee involvement.
The stipend fund is a proposed growth priority. Stipends are not a current program promise; availability, eligibility, and timing would be announced after funding is secured and program terms are finalized.
What is the relationship between re:WORK and MissionXP?
MissionXP is a platform built by re:WORK TRAINING. The nonprofit provides the program and community; the platform brings learning, job-search activity, professional relationships, and documented progress into one place. Company reporting draws on those records.
Can I volunteer without a corporate partnership?
Yes. Individual volunteering is always free, including responding to a jobseeker’s request for a professional conversation. The annual minimum applies to companies entering the formal partnership program.
Yes. Active employee involvement is part of every corporate partnership. Professional conversations and practical feedback help participants build relationships as they demonstrate their abilities.
Can employee giving and company matches count?
Yes. The annual commitment can include company contributions, employee giving through a workplace platform, and employer matching. We’ll help your team identify the route and confirm the commitment.
Who should join the first conversation?
Bring the person who coordinates social impact or employee volunteering. If you want to discuss hiring, include a talent acquisition or sales leader. We can align the activities, goals, and points of contact together.
How does this connect to the Academy?
The free Go To Market Career Academy teaches a business-of-one approach to the job search. Participants practice research, communication, relationship-building, and follow-through. Corporate involvement gives people opportunities to practice with experienced professionals.
Tell us what you want to make possible: engage employees, connect people to careers, strengthen a community program, or fund the work. We welcome companies, nonprofits, workforce organizations, and funders. Our team will review your goals and follow up about a practical starting point.
