After graduating the 8-week training and placement program, all of our alumni are paired with a mentor who helps them continue growing both professionally and personally. Whether you are still on the hunt or just started the job, our mentors will help you successfully transition into your new career.

In our 8-week training and placement program, we champion the philosophy that you should never stop learning. For our alumni, we offer continuing education opportunities that take a deeper dive into acing the interview, sales methodology and techniques, developing a growth mindset both in and outside of the office, and more.
Like our 8-week program, or continuing education workshops for alumni are led by experts in the sales and career development industries, and leverage both blended and experiential/project-based learning.
Our Alumni Association is open to all alumni and is a dynamic, self-supporting organization driven by re:work training values and directed by our graduates. The member-focused Association helps shape re:work’s program to meet the needs of current and future alumni, and serves as a training ground for tomorrow’s leaders through management of the organization.
