Preparation
How does the candidate research a company, understand a role, and explain a relevant reason for their interest?
FOR EMPLOYERS · OPTIONAL HIRING INVOLVEMENT
Meet candidates who are practicing research, communication, relationship-building, and follow-through. Explore hiring when a real role and a person’s qualifications fit.
A CLEARER VIEW OF POTENTIAL
How does the candidate research a company, understand a role, and explain a relevant reason for their interest?
Can they connect real experience to an employer’s needs, ask useful questions, and listen carefully?
How do they organize next steps, respond to feedback, and keep professional commitments?
The Academy teaches a career-search approach using sales strategy. It does not replace role-specific technical qualifications, your selection process, or the training an employer provides after hiring.
HOW HIRING INVOLVEMENT WORKS
HIRING IS ONE WAY TO PARTICIPATE
Employee volunteering and sponsorship support career access whether or not your company is hiring. Companies that choose the Hiring Partner designation agree to the recruiting activities described on our partnership page, such as sharing roles, a phone screen, and interview feedback. No company is required to make a hire.
Discuss the scope and any applicable terms with the team before committing. Read the current partnership structure.
YOUR NEXT STEP
Tell us what you are hiring for—or how you would like to help candidates prepare.
