EMPLOYEE VOLUNTEERING

Put professional experience to work.

Give employees a practical way to support jobseekers through conversations, feedback, and group learning. Build a contribution your team can sustain.

THREE WAYS TO CONTRIBUTE

Start with the people and time you have.

01

Mentor / Career Coach

Provide 1:1 support around resumes, mock interviews, outreach strategy, and professional development.

02

Workshop Facilitator

Lead a live group experience around a relevant technical or professional skill. Coordinate the audience and learning goals with re:WORK.

03

Community Member

Be available for candidates to practice thoughtful outreach and professional conversations. A focused interaction is a useful place to begin.

A SCOPE YOUR TEAM CAN SUPPORT

Plan the involvement together.

01

Choose a focus.

Discuss your employees’ experience, availability, and interests. Identify an activity that is useful for candidates and realistic for your team.

02

Prepare to participate.

Agree on format, preparation, scheduling, boundaries, and the re:WORK point of contact. Your team brings experience; candidates bring their work and questions.

03

Reflect on the work.

Review participation and available feedback. Use what you learn to improve the next session or decide whether to continue.

PARTNERSHIP & REPORTING

Support people. Understand the contribution.

Formal annual corporate partnerships begin at $1,000. Company contributions, employee giving, and employer matching can count toward the agreed commitment. Individual volunteer applications remain available through the Champions page.

We can discuss reporting on recorded participation and available progress in MissionXP. Volunteer involvement gives employees opportunities to practice listening, coaching, and communication; we do not promise a particular retention or leadership-development result.

Employer volunteer grants: some companies offer Dollars-for-Doers or similar programs. Eligibility, minimum hours, and payment rules depend on that employer’s program. Check the requirements before counting a grant toward your commitment.

Partnership does not require your company to hire. Review current partnership levels or apply as an individual Champion.

YOUR NEXT STEP

Start with a useful conversation.

Tell us about your team’s interests and availability. You do not need a finished volunteer program to begin.
