SPONSORSHIP & MISSION FUNDING

Help keep career opportunity within reach.

Support free learning, professional relationships, coaching, and the tools behind a focused job search. Choose a giving path that fits your goals.

WHAT SUPPORT MAKES POSSIBLE

Invest in the work behind the next step.

01

Free learning

Help sustain the self-paced Academy and quarterly cohorts so tuition is not another barrier for learners.

02

People and feedback

Support the coordination, coaching, and community that help people practice and improve.

03

Tools and evidence

Help sustain MissionXP and the work of understanding participation, professional relationships, and documented outcomes.

CHOOSE YOUR PATH

A corporate partnership or a gift to the mission.

01

Corporate sponsorship

Formal annual partnerships start at $1,000. Agree on your financial commitment, employee involvement, and reporting scope. Hiring is optional. Review current sponsorship levels.

COSTS & GROWTH

Scale changes the cost. Scope matters.

Shared curriculum and technology can support more learners without every cost rising at the same rate. Coaching, coordination, and program delivery still require resources. A stipend fund would add costs and would need a separately funded, defined program.

We scope proposed funding around the work, participants, period, and reporting involved. This page does not attach a fixed participant count, job outcome, or economic return to every gift. Explore current and proposed funding priorities.

ACCOUNTABILITY

Follow the evidence and its definitions.

Our current public snapshot reports 1,000+ people supported, 600+ participants with a documented hired outcome, and 35+ cohorts represented through September 2026. Historical records remain incomplete. These counts are different measures, not a placement rate.

YOUR NEXT STEP

Support a scope you can understand.

Begin with the giving or sponsorship path that fits you. The team can help translate a larger funding interest into a concrete discussion.
